CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have registered for the 2011 Conference in Fort Worth and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute.
If you cannot send a substitute, NO REFUND IS GRANTED but a 50% credit of your 2011 Registration Fee may be issued for use at the 2012 Conference. A written cancellation notice MUST be received by TPC and postmarked no later than August 1, 2011.
No credit will be issued for the 2011 Conference after the August 1, 2011 deadline.
