CANCELLATION POLICY

GENERAL POLICY
All cancellations and requests for refund must be submitted in writing to the address below (in footer of web page).

Cancellations received before May 16, 2011 will result in Texas Payroll Conference (TPC) retaining 25 percentage of the initial deposit. Cancellations received between May 16 and July 16 will result in TPC retaining 50 percent of the initial deposit. No requests for refunds will be granted after July 16, 2011.

TPC reserves the right to resell sponsorships not paid in full, without notice or refund, after July 16, 2011.
TPC reserves the right to deny exhibit space to companies that have overdue account balances with TPC or any of its affiliates.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH POLICY
Full payment of exhibit space is due at the time of registration if paying by credit card.
Payment by check is due within 21 days of registration. Checks should be mailed to:

SPONSORSHIP PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of 50 percent of the total cost of the sponsorship is due with contract.
Full payment of sponsorship is due on or before July 16, 2011 or as stated in contract.
After July 16, 2011, full payment must accompany sponsorship contract.
