Q. I would like to register with SuperShuttle for my ground transportation. What do I do?
A. On the www.txpayrollconference.org website, go to the Home Page. Click on Travel Information on the left-hand menu options. Then click on Airport & Driving Instructions
- Pricing from DFW airport to the hotel is $ 15.00 one way; $ 28.00 round trip.
- Pricing from Dallas Love airport to the hotel is $ 32.00 one way; $ 60.00 round trip.
- Click on the link to jump to the Super Shuttle webpage. The discount code is 62GCR
- Enter in your selection in the above areas and select NEXT.
- Your selection will display to the left, select EDIT if you want to make changes (or select previous button at the bottom of the page).
Below is an example of registering for the DFW airport.
- Select your mode of transportation. Select the $ 15.00 option (which will be discounted to $ 28.00 when a round trip is selected for DFW Dallas/Fort Worth Airport)
Below is an example of registering for the Dallas Love Field airport.
- Select your mode of transportation. Select the $ 32.00 option (which will be discounted to $ 60.00 when a round trip is selected for Dallas Love Field Airport)
- Select NEXT to continue registration
- SuperShuttle will display the available pickup times, select the best one that fits your time schedule and then select NEXT.
Enter in your information, payment information, gratuity (optional), and rewards program nbr.
- Verify that the discount is working and when you agree with the price, select NEXT.
- Above sample shows the pricing for: Dallas Love Field Airport round trip
- Round trip to Love field was advertised as $ 60.00 and it is shown below at $ 60.00.
- Round trip to DFW Dallas Fort Worth was advertised at $ 28.00 and it is shown below at $ 28.00.
